Above, are swatches that I screen printed following all of my visual research. I used foiling, pigment discharge, hand dying, burnout, and fabric bonding techniques for this collection.

I am not completely sure how many of these I am allowed to post so - here are a select few headshots from a photoshoot I styled last September. As always, Di Pietro Todd is responsible for the amazing hair. I LOVE working with you DPT.

Location outakes (even though they aren't the best) and the pile of clothes and accessories that I used for the ^shoot^. The gray hat on Moi is the fur felt hat that I still have not finished - yikes.

This straw hat I made was inspired by my visual research of Tibet's beautiful people and clothing. Below are some sketchbook images that resulted from that research which in turn helped me make ^that^ hat. Thanks Tibet.

In the summer of 2008, 10 friends and I took a trip to Egypt and traveled up the Nile River. While I was there I kept a sketchbook - and in it, I gathered and drew images that visually encompassed the trip for me. Below are some of the pages.

I have a lot of favorites, but Irina Ionesco is really it for me as her pictures capture the imagery that I find most beautiful. Her parents were supposedly circus performers and gypsies from Romania. Irina lived there for most of her childhood until they moved to Paris. She was a painter before she discovered photography and took quite a few controversial pictures of her young daughter - one of which I posted above.

I do not know who the woman is in the first picture, but I do know that her lipstick job is primo. The rest of the pictures are of a lady by the name of Renee Perle who is one of my heros, as far as fashion goes anyway.
